Vision:
Rural communities where persons, especially children and youth, live healthy, wholesome and long lives free from HIV & AIDS infection.

Mission Statement:
In an era of HIV/AIDS, we seek to empower persons, especially children and youth, to respond to life's challenges and choices through the promotion of a value based Behaviour Change Process of Education for Life, Kenya (EFLK). In the presence of sinful structures, and in our collaboration with all stakeholder responses to the HIV pandemic, we espouse the need for personal morality, social ethics and education for prevention as essential components for an integrated approach.
Strategic Objectives:

  • To create in the community a core of well informed, skilled and faith convinced persons who actually live and are capable of speaking out for a culture of life amid differing voices and conflicting valuesespecially, but not exclusively, in the area of human sexuality.
  • To integrate a person and value centred behaviour change process with the infusion awareness/prevention HIV curriculum of schools and or with awareness/prevention/care programmes   of other stakeholders.

Activities in Collaboration with the Ministry of Education:
1. To provide and facilitate 3 day Behaviour Change Process workshops for children in standards 6, 7 & 8 of all primary schools in Kamara Division.
2.   To provide and facilitate 2 day follow-up reinforcement Behaviour Change Process workshops for standard 8 students in Kamara Division who had undergone the 3 day BCP in standard 7.
3.   When invited, to provide and facilitate 3-day Behaviour Change Process workshops for Formsl -A students of secondary schools in Kamara Division.
4.   Time permitting, to facilitate Parent Teacher Association meetings where parents are made aware of the lived world of their children and where they are empowered with some EFLK parenting skills.
