                          The schools- Primary and Secondary schools
                          The market places and neighboring communities.

Programmes: - Behavior Change Process-for adults
                     - Behavior Formation Programme for preteens 8-13 yrs
                     - Workplace Awareness on HIV\AIDS, Video Shows, VCT and PMCT
                       Services.

Challenges and Success:
-In adequate funds as we have no donor funds except the amount estimated in the company budget.
-Time factor, the time is limited and the program has to be done on weekends when the tea workers are not on duty.
-The company has been supportive in providing funds to the on-going Behavior Change Process Programme.

-If you want to get rid of a tree, uproot the roots. We believe that for us to get rid of HIV\AIDS. We uproot the root causes by working on the behavior of that individual and as guided by the EFL, the Behavior Change Process Programme works on that.
